NOW COMES the experience received by optician in Aarav eye care center. Especially staff named Rahul & Ahnaf. Can u expect staff to make your kid. Feel like they are playing with their age friend. Staff made my 3 year old kid feel so comfortable & as well offered chocolate. There were several visit of my mom as both eyes had to be operated.

In all if there were 100 stars I could give. I would really do that. Great experience cannot be compared with anything.

My mother 84 yrs old got operated 2 months back for cataracts.Dr Aswin Bafna and Dr Rupal Bisen are very experienced and very down to earth. Surgery went very smoothly and successfully. Optometrist Chhaya madam is very good,humble and explained things very nicely.TPA coordinator Sangeeta is very efficient active and co-operative.Prajakta front desk staff is eversmiling and very polite. The only thing that comes to my mind after having Lasik is Freedom from all the nuisance of specs and contact lenses. Now I am free from all specs/lens related problems. I got a cataract surgery done from AARAV. I had visited several ophthalmologists in Mira Road but was not satisfied with their advice.

I was recommended AARAV EYE CARE by my ex-office Doctor. At the very first visit to the clinic I sensed that I had come to the right place. The staff were very polite and helpful. Ms. Chhaya took the preliminary test and explained everything right from the nature of my eye and recommended the right lens for my eye. All my doubts were explained by her patiently and thoroughly. Then Dr. Bafna gave the final recommendation. Dr. Rupal did a check up of my retina. Dr. Bafna performed the cataract surgery excellently. I was surprised that it hardly took 15 minutes and after 10 minutes I was out of the clinic. He kept me perfectly at ease during the surgery. Outstanding doctor with a humane and friendly approach! I am glad that I have no problems with my vision now. The follow ups with Dr. Rupal were carried out with precision. Another benefit is that they have equipments with the latest technology and it is heartening to know that we have such an excellent facility at Mira Road.

Let me start by saying that I visited 4 eye care clinics before coming to Aarnav in mira road for my mom. After being greeted by sweet and warm staff at reception. We met Dr. Rupal, she is the best dr i came across after a long time. So down to earth... and she explained everything in detail so that we can understand and after speaking to her we were convinced that this is the place where we will get proper care and proper guidance.
Today itself i got my mom’s retina and cataract surgery done. She is feeling much better after the surgery.
One more thing. After the surgery the staff called up in evening to check on hoz mom’s health. (I dnt think so any clinic or hospital does that)
